Today I had a chance to really check out the "Chilly Bone" that Bruce & Joyce brought me.
It's a sponge inside a cloth cover. You run water over the bone, and then put in the freezer.
It is nice and cold and feels good on my gums.
And speaking of gums. I got my teeth brushed for the first time today. I didn't like that very much at all. (Maybe Courtney has some pointers for me)
